Christmas in the West is always busy

Christmas in the West is always busy.

Community Carols Night, Religious Instruction Church visit, Christmas Craft Activity with the kids and then finally the Christmas Street Party.

The theme this year has been Telling the Story – in other words showing them ways to help remember the story and then tell others. We’ve used Christingles, Christmas Crackers or Bon Bons, Stained glass tealight holders, Mandala on Scratch papers, Ice Candles and Bath bombs.

In between they chilled out with table tennis, quoits (the most dangerous activity of the event, as we discovered aim and hand-eye coordination needed some work), chess, and general craft.

Thanks to the team of helpers who made it work!
